Williston voting on school measure

The community of Williston, N.D., will soon be voting on a measure that would approve $55 million in bonds for the construction of a new middle school and a new elementary school in addition to money allotted for renovating existing schools. The community in the heart of North Dakota’s oil patch is experiencing rapid growth within its school system, and the special election for the proposed schools will be held on December 11th.
