PSC Approves Sandpiper Pipeline
The Sandpiper Pipeline construction permits received unanimous approval from North Dakota’s Public Service Commission this week. The 4,300 mile pipeline project will span nine North Dakota counties and extend to terminal sites in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The State Historic Preservation Office needs to conduct a final review of the proposed pipeline route before construction can begin. Pipeline project developer Enbridge expects the pipeline to be operational in 2016. Read more in The Forum.
