Oil leak policies being scrutinized

A recent, major oil leak has North Dakota officials reevaluating current process on how leaks are handled, and what policies are in place.  A leak of 20, 600 barrels of oil occurred in the north western part of the state, in early October. The pipeline is more than 20 years old and will need further repair to prevent future leaks. Read the full article in the Bismarck Tribune.
