Oil and Wildlife groups form alliance
The Sporting and Oil Industry Forum announced the formation of their consortium this week, a group dedicated to lessen impact on the environment from energy development in the region. Game and Fish Department Director, Terry Steinwand, said that they will begin a five-year study in January to examine oil exploration effects on mule deer in the western part of the state.
