North Dakota’s wind production set to grow again

The North Dakota Public Service Commission recently approved another wind energy project, which will be developed by Geronimo Wind Energy. The project will cost approximately $350 million and will produce 200.5 megawatts of energy. Commissioner Brian Kalk said that the project will be spread over 21,000 acres. Geronimo said that each turbine will likely be a 2-megawatt turbine. Read more from the Bismarck Tribune.
