North Dakota delegates protest proposed regulations

Along with Montana, Alabama, Alaska and Oklahoma, North Dakota’s congressional delegates have submitted a letter to the Department of the Interior protesting one-size-fits-all rules that would regulate fracking on federal land. Senators Heidi Heitkamp and John Hoeven, along with Congressman Kevin Cramer said that states should be able to have tailored regulations that work best with circumstances within each state.
