Nebraska ruling questions Keystone XL pipeline decision
The future of the Keystone XL Pipeline has encountered a stumbling block in Nebraska. A district judge recently ruled that a state law, passed in 2012, violates the Nebraska constitution by taking power from the Public Service Commission and putting it in the hands of the state governor. Judge Stephanie Stacy ruled that it was a decision that should have been made by the PSC. Read more on the ruling from the Bismarck Tribune.
