ND oil production up for July 2012
Every month is a record breaker for oil production in North Dakota. The state Department of Mineral Resources released the official numbers for July, stating a record 20.8 million barrels of oil were produced in the month, up more than 7.5 million barrels in the same month in 2011. That average barrels per day came in at 674,000, which was up from 660,000 bpd in June. There were 115 more wells producing during the month of July at 7,352 total wells.
