Law enforcement to benefit from grants

The North Dakota State Legislature has granted more than $16 million to the Land Board and state attorney general, with the goal that funds will help law enforcement departments in counties and towns most affected by the rise in oil production. The Stark County and McKenzie County Sheriff’s Offices and the New Town and Belfield Police Departments are among those that will benefit from the grant funds.
