Diesel refinery permit approved

Stark County Commission has rezoned 274 acres between Dickinson and South Heart to accommodate a proposed diesel refinery. An MDU Resources subsidiary and Indiana-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners, LP, are partnering in the project, which is estimated to cost approximately $325 million. Up to 10,000 barrels of diesel a day could be produced from the refinery. Read the Bismarck Tribune article about the proposed diesel refinery.
