$110 million train terminal under review
The Washington Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council has the next year to review a recent proposal from the Tesoro Corp. and Savage Companies on a new terminal that would be capable of handling up to 380,000 barrels of crude oil per day. The crude would arrive from North Dakota’s oil fields and would be shipped through the terminal to U.S. refineries. Read the full article in the Bismarck Tribune.
