North Dakota's air quality plan accepted

On March 2nd, the federal Environmental Protection Agency announced that it would accept North Dakota’s state implementation plan that regulates air quality. The decision saves Minnkota Power Cooperative’s Milton R. Young Station and Basin Electric Power Cooperative’s Leland Olds Station from installing the EPA’s preferred technology.
